GENERAL CONDITIONS

By signing the binding application, the swimmer has committed to fulfilling the terms and conditions of the organisation and instructions necessary to participate in classes at the V Aquatics Swimming Academy. It therefore applies that the swimmer:

  1. He is responsible for ensuring that his health condition is suitable for the selected swimming training. In case of any medical indispositions or change in medical capacity the swimmer is obliged to report this fact to the coach without delay.
  2. Takes into account that the coach assumes responsibility only during the swimmer’s active participation at training and at the training venue. In the changing rooms, in the showers, in the entrances areas and in other areas of the sports complex, the swimmer is responsible for himself.
  3. Is obliged to provide informed consent to the GDPR.
  4. He is not entitled to participate in training in the event of an illness that prevents him from fully participate in training to the extent specified; and further in case of risk of infection for other training participants and provider employees (trainers/instructors).
  5. Observes the internal rules of the swimming facility, observes valid social a hygiene standard.
  6. He always goes to lessons on time and with swimming equipment; swimmer within valid internal ethics of V Aquatics always comes to be present at the venue usually 15 minutes before the main training phase, ready for a individual warm-up and he has his swimming gear ready by the pool.
  7. Takes note that in case of delay, missed training or early termination on the part of the swimmer, the provider is not obliged to replace the training or compensate in any other way.
  8. Takes note that the provider reserves the right to cancel training or the entire swimming session due to unforeseen events or force majeure. When cancellation of training, an alternative training date will be offered. Absence on substitute training date does not entitle you to another replacement date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The paid subscription is not returned or transferred to the next swimming lesson, in the case of:
a) unused training sessions;
b) health reasons on the part of the swimmer not substantiated by a doctor’s report;
c) when the provider decides to terminate the swimmer’s swimming training for a gross violation of training rules (e.g. destroying or damaging the property of the provider
or pool operator, inappropriate/rude behavior towards other participants

The swimmer is obliged to notify his/her absence by SMS without delay, even in the case when there is no entitlement to substitute training.

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS

a) in the rented lane of the V Aquatics Swimming Academy

  • more than 72 hours before the lesson – without cancellation fee
  • less than 72 hours before the lesson – cancellation fee is full

b) individual lessons in a lane for the public

  • more than 24 hours before the lesson – without cancellation fee
  • less than 24 hours before the lesson – cancellation fee is full

GROUP LESSONS

With exceptions, the paid subscription is not returned or transferred to the next swimming season. Replacements take place in the form of replacement days organized by the academy (workshops, etc.), which are announced in advance. These offer swimmers the opportunity to replace several swimming lessons at once.

In some cases, based on the head coach’s decision, it is possible to replace the training in another group lesson. In such a case, a swimmer who attends training once a week can replace one training session per month, a swimmer who attends training sessions twice a week can replace two training sessions per month.
