General Terms and Conditions of the HYDROMAN Tech Swim Workshop Series
By completing the registration for the HYDROMAN Tech Swim Workshop Series (hereinafter referred to as the “workshops”) and paying the registration fee, you agree to the general terms and conditions set forth in this document.
Organizer
The organizer of the HYDROMAN Tech Swim Workshop Series is V Aquatics Swimming Academy z.s., ID No. (IČO): 11718153, with its registered office at Vaníčkova 100/6, Břevnov, Prague 6, 169 00.Conditions of Participation
The workshops may only be attended by registered persons who have paid the registration fee. By registering for the workshop, each participant declares that they are medically fit to participate.Registration
Registration for the workshops takes place exclusively via an online form on the MyResult platform. By submitting a binding registration through this form, the registering participant (or their legal guardian in the case of a minor) acquires a binding right to participate in the selected workshop, under the conditions stated in this document. By concluding the registration, the participant confirms that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.Payment Terms
The registration fee is payable based on the details provided in the registration form. Payment is made online via the payment gateway of ComGate Payments, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as “ComGate”). The currency for all payments is exclusively CZK. Payments are subject to the current terms and fee schedule of ComGate. Upon completion of payment, the registration is considered paid, and the participant acquires full right to participate in the workshop.Participant’s Declaration
Each participant:- Is responsible for ensuring that their health condition allows them to participate in their chosen workshops.
- Is obliged to report any medical indispositions or changes in medical fitness to the coach without delay.
- Is obliged to provide informed consent regarding GDPR.
- Complies with the internal rules of the swimming facility and observes valid social and hygiene norms.
- Is obliged to arrive at the workshops on time, at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start.
- Acknowledges that in the event of a delay, missing the workshop, or its early termination by the participant, the provider is not obliged to make up for the workshop or otherwise compensate for it.
- Agrees to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the workshops and marketing.
Organizer’s Rights
The organizer reserves the right to:- Cancel the workshop due to unforeseeable events or force majeure. In the event of a workshop cancellation, an alternative date will be offered; absence on the alternative date does not establish a right to another replacement date.
- Change the workshop program without prior notice.
- Immediately terminate the workshop for a participant due to a gross violation of the swimming training rules (e.g., destroying or damaging the property of the organizer or the pool operator, inappropriate/abusive behavior towards other workshop participants).
- Use photographs and videos from the event for promotional purposes (without entitlement to remuneration).
